Question: Are you drinking enough water? Answer: No, you're not.
Trust me on this. If you want to lose weight, look better, and have more energy (and who doesn't?), drink more water. According to High Voltage, the author of the book, Energy Up!, (yes, that's really her name, High Voltage), half the time you feel hungry, you're actually thirsty. And most of the time, when you're feeling fatigued, you're actually dehydrated. So drink more water. Go ahead and ignore all the other advice in this newsletter, but do this one thing. Drink more water!
