Dinosaur Plant

Dinosaur Plant
A houseplant you can forget to water for 50 years? Perfect for people like us. Sure, there are some folks out there who like tending to plants. They're always plucking off bugs, pruning, misting, etc. (You and I have better things to do with our time.) Thankfully, there's the Selaginella lepidophylla, also called the Dinosaur Plant or Resurection Plant. It's truly the last plant you'll ever need to buy, able to survive for upwards of 50 years without being watered. Sure, it'll dry up into a ugly brown knob. But add a little water and within hours it'll spring fully back to life. The Dinosaur Plant has been around for at least 400 million years. Own a bit of the Paleozoic Era on your desktop for 25 bucks.
